Do I need a referral?

Many patients schedule directly with us. Some plans, including many HMO plans, require a referral from your primary care physician. Our staff checks your plan when we call and tells you if one is needed.

How soon can I be seen?

We call during office hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Same-week appointments are often available, and same-day visits can be arranged for urgent cases. If your symptoms are severe or sudden, don't wait for a call. Call 911.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most major plans. Have your card ready when we call so our staff can verify coverage before your visit. If you're uninsured or out of network, ask about self-pay options or read the financial policy.

Is my information secure?

Yes. Your request travels over an encrypted connection and is stored, encrypted, in the practice's own AWS account under a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.
